Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kindandswell.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Refunds

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
